Pricing Policies

Daycare Packages

Daycare passes are non-refundable.
All daycare passes expire 6 months from date of purchase. Unused visits expire after that date and cannot be carried over or refunded.
Passes are assigned per family and may be used by any dog from the same household.

Boarding Rates

The boarding rate includes up to 24 hours of care.
Dogs picked up past the last 24 hour increment will incur a late check out fee.
Payment is required during pickup. Established customers may request an emailed invoice with payment due 1 week from pickup date.
